מערכת התצפית PURELL SMARTLINK היא אפליקציה ניידת ותוכנה מבוססת אינטרנט נלווית המאפשרת איסוף אלקטרוני ואיסוף מדדי היגיינת ידיים וציוד מגן אישי. משקיפים משתמשים באפליקציית OBV System כדי לאסוף את תצפיות HH ו-PPE.
